(I) Scope of application:

1, in the user's use of GTempura, will store the device uploaded liquid temperature, common unit data, etc..

(II) Information use:

1, GTempura will not sell or lend the user's personal information to anyone, unless prior permission is obtained from the user;

2, GTempura also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate users' personal information by any means without compensation. If any user engages in the above activities, once discovered, GTempura has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user and seize his/her account;

3. In order to achieve the purpose of serving the users, GTempura may provide services to the users through the use of the users' personal information, including but not limited to sending the users information on products and services, or sharing the information with GTempura's partners in order for them to send the users information about their products and services.

(iii) Disclosure of information: Users' personal information will be disclosed in part or in full under the following circumstances:

1、Disclosed to a third party with the consent of the user;

2, disclosed to a third party or an administrative or judicial body in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of the administrative or judicial body;

3、If the user appears to violate the relevant national laws or website policies, it needs to be disclosed to a third party;

4、In order to provide the products and services requested by the user, it is necessary to share the user's personal information with the third party;

5、Other disclosures that GTempura deems appropriate according to laws or website policies;

6、The bank account information provided by the user when using GTempura, GTempura will strictly fulfill the relevant confidentiality agreement.

(D) Description of the use of equipment privileges:

1, read and write external memory: read and write files when OTA to the device, and read pictures when problem feedback;

2、Camera permissions, take pictures and extract pictures when giving feedback on problems;

3, Bluetooth open, search, connect permission, connect Bluetooth devices with;

4, location information permissions, search for Bluetooth, will not get the user's detailed location information;

5、Nearby device permission, search for Bluetooth, will not get other information about the user;

6, vibration permissions, warning when the phone vibration reminder;

(I) GTempura solemnly reminds users of the provisions of this Agreement that exempt GTempura from liability and limit the rights of users, please read them carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.

(ii) Effectiveness, Interpretation and Settlement of Disputes of this Agreement. If any dispute or controversy occurs between the user and GTempura, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where GTempura is domiciled.

(C) No matter any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the rest of the provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

(D) The final interpretation of this Agreement shall belong to Shenzhen Dingcheng Litian Technology Co., Ltd. and reserves the right to interpret and modify it.

（一）适用范围：

在用户使用GTempura，会存储设备传上来的液体温度、常用单位数据等。

（二）信息使用：

GTempura不会向任何人出售或出借用户的个人信息，除非事先得到用户的许可；

GTempura亦不允许任何第三方以任何手段收集、编辑、出售或者无偿传播用户的个人信息。任何用户如从事上述活动，一经发现，GTempura有权立即终止与该用户的服务协议，查封其账号；

为达到服务用户的目的，GTempura可能通过使用用户的个人信息，向用户提供服务，包括但不限于向用户发出产品和服务信息，或者与GTempura合作伙伴共享信息以便他们向用户发送有关其产品和服务的信息。

（三）信息披露：用户的个人信息将在下述情况下部分或全部被披露：

经用户同意，向第三方披露；

根据法律的有关规定，或者行政或司法机构的要求，向第三方或者行政、司法机构披露；

如果用户出现违反有关国家法律或者网站政策的情况，需要向第三方披露；

为提供用户所要求的产品和服务，而必须和第三方分享用户的个人信息；

其它GTempura根据法律或者网站政策认为合适的披露；

用户使用GTempura时提供的银行账户信息，GTempura将严格履行相关保密约定。

（四）设备权限使用说明：

读取与写入外置存储器：对设备OTA时对文件进行读取和写入，问题反馈时对图片进行读取；

相机权限，问题反馈时进行拍照提取图片；

蓝牙开启，搜索，连接权限，连接蓝牙设备用；

位置信息权限，搜索蓝牙用，不会获取用户详细位置信息；

附近设备权限，搜索蓝牙用，不会获取用户其他信息；

震动权限，预警时手机震动提醒；

（一）GTempura郑重提醒用户注意本协议中免除GTempura责任和限制用户权利的条款，请用户仔细阅读，自主考虑风险。未成年人应在法定监护人的陪同下阅读本协议。

（二）本协议的效力、解释及纠纷的解决。若用户和GTempura之间发生任何纠纷或争议，首先应友好协商解决，协商不成的，用户同意将纠纷或争议提交GTempura住所地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。

（三）本协议的任何条款无论因何种原因无效或不具可执行性，其余条款仍有效，对双方具有约束力。

（四）本协议最终解释权归深圳鼎诚利天科技有限公司所有，并且保留一切解释和修改的权力。
